About Hanco Developments
We were established under the trading name of Hanco Constructions in 2005 and at the time we offered a whole range of small construction projects, but as time progressed the business grew and finally in 2008 we established the Closed Corporation Hanco Development Constructions cc.
Today we are proud to say that Hanco is one of the most respected turnkey construction/ companies doing work for well established and known brands such as Woolworths and Resilient Properties. We have been providing our clients with reliable solutions and service for their complex construction needs while keeping all of our prices marked related.

We view our subcontractors and suppliers as partners and we strive to give all of their companies an opportunity to grow with us. We strive to help all upcoming and aspiring entrepreneurs in building their business to be successful and play a role in our growing economy.
- As the head contractor at all the sites we operate at it is our job to assign each contractor to a special position to ensure their and our success in the project.

Hanco also takes South Africa's social economic circumstances to heart - We are a BEE Level Four contributor and we strive to develop and train all our workers so that they have the proper and needed skills to fulfil all of their dreams and aspirations.
